One of Dave Chappelle’s former managers, Mustafa Abuelhija is suing the comedian for money from a settlement deal the pair had made in 2005.

We just got word that 17-year-old musical comedian YouTube phenom Bo Burnham will release a six-song digital EP from Comedy Central Records. Expect it to hit virtual stores in about six weeks. For now, check out some of Bo’s work below.

Canadian government gives cash to comedy fest

It turns out the Canadian government actually helps support their comedy industry like with money and stuff. The government’s Canadian Heritage kicked in $25,000 to help defray costs for this year’s Ha!ifax Comedy Festival, which started April 19 and continues through Saturday.

Artie Lange helps raise $72,000 for fallen firefighter’s family

Comedian Artie Lange recently returned to his high school alma mater in New Jersey for a benefit performance that raised $72,000 for the son of Daniel Havyar, a former classmate and municipal firefighter.
Lange drew 1,100 people to the Union High School auditorium last Thursday; the money raised will help educate Havyar’s five-year-old son.
