The Big Kahuna Comedy Club in Oregon had a memorable night last week when a woman went into labor during a show and had her baby delivered in the club. The woman, Jacquee Arzadon, had been a regular at the club during her pregnancy.

“It was a nice, smoke-free environment where we could go while I was pregnant,” said Arzadon. “Our whole family went, a group of about 15 people, on a regular basis.”

Almost every time she came in, the comedians teased her because she was pregnant. “Among the bunch of regulars that come in, they particularly stood out. We noticed when she was pregnant the first time she came and of course my joke with her the whole time was ‘We’re going to make you have that baby,’”said one of the local comedians.

Last Friday night was no different, except when Arzadon stood up, she realized her water had broken. The club has posted a picture of the child, Bailee Joe, on their wall of fame.
