Not too long ago, Robin Williams filed suit against Gold Circle Films, over what he contended was a breached contract for the Kevin Smith-directed Cop Out, in theaters later this month and starring Tracy Morgan and Bruce Willis.

Today, however, TMZ reports that the powers that be ruled in favor of Gold Circle, agreeing with the film company’s claims that it had never inked a contract with Williams to star in the film, nor had it promised to pay him $6 million for the picture, whether it was completed or not.
