Troubled comedian Andy Dick has been arrested once again, this time for sexual abuse– not to be confused with his sexual assault charge in 2008 for which he’s still on probation. TMZ is reporting that Dick was arrested on two counts of sexual abuse after his gig last night at the Funny Bone in Huntington, West Virginia. He’s being held at Western Regional Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned today.

No details as to what Dick exactly did this time have been released on the newest arrest. In 2008, Dick allegedly pulled down a teenage girl’s top outside Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta, CA. The comedian has had a very public battle with substance abuse as well, having appeared on Dr. Drew Pinsky’s VH1 show Sober House.

In a recent New York Times profile on the doctor, Dick was quoted, saying: “It’s almost like getting on the phone and calling God,” Dick said. “We’re in contact constantly. A while ago, I was up at 3 a.m., having a panic attack, and I called three people — Drew, my lawyer and someone else. Drew’s the one who called me back and helped me, right then. I hear people say he’s like a media whore or he’s only in it for the attention, but I have to say, he really is just this unbelievably caring guy. He really is. He’s almost too caring.”

TMZ is reporting that it was two make patrons at the bar Rum Runners in West Virginia where the sexual abuse at the hand of Dick happened.

Phillip Daniels, a bouncer at Rum Runners told TMZ Andy Dick tried walking past him when he entered the bar, without taking a wristband. Daniels says he stopped the comedian, put the band on his wrist … that’s when Andy grabbed his crotch. Daniels told them …when he pulled away, Dick laughed and walked off. “You could tell he was really out of it. He was on something,” Daniels said.  A male bar goer also claimed that Dick groped him. The comedian faces to felony counts, which means five years in prison if convicted.
