Former box office draw and stand-up comedian Pauly Shore has filed a lawsuit against his older brother Peter, in which the comedian accuses him of abusing the mother of the two, Mitzi Shore – the owner of The Comedy Store and a comedy legend in her own right.

According to Radar, ‘”Pauly had claimed that Mitzi, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease, had been “rendered susceptible to unscrupulous behavior and other undue influence because of her condition.”’ Per the lawsuit, Pauly says that over the past few years he has become concerned about his older brother’s treatment of their mother.’”

However, the boys’ father, Sammy, has dismissed the lawsuit, calling it just a petty instance of family drama. We’ll have to wait and see how this one ends up playing out – that is, if anyone can hold their interest in all things Pauly long enough for the suit to be settled.
