Jim Norton talks to Punchline Magazine about his verbal scuffle with Jesse Ventura
You’ve probably heard already – either from our post or from the many others online (it even made it to TMZ.com) – but Jim Norton and Jesse Ventura got into a bit of a verbal scuffle yesterday on the Opie & Anthony Show on SiriusXM. See the video here. We asked Jim a pair of questions this morning, after the smoke had cleared, to find out how he’s dealing with the fallout. Check it out.
Now that some time has passed, do you think you would have handled your interaction with Jesse any differently?
No, he and I have argued before and I know my intention wasn’t to argue with him. I was so pissed when he left that I ‘motherfucked’ him as he walked down the hall, which I wish I hadn’t done, simply because he wasn’t in the room. Anytime you shit talk someone, they should be right there in the room with you if possible.
Did you, at any point, think that Jesse was going to physically harm you?
By the end of it, when he was staring at me, I started debating what kind of teeth I’d like to replace the ones he was about to knock out. He rocks back and forth when he’s pissed, and he was very fucking angry as we argued. So yes, I did think being belted in my fat face was a possibility.

all but derek are idiots. Jesse leaving showed that he had no balls to commit to a debate without wanting to hit Yimmee. And yet, here you two are, talking about how he should’ve kicked his ass? That may show right there what type of people the two of you are. Its a TALK SHOW! they talk and debate and laugh at uncle paul references (linger longer) – Yimmee getting shut up by a fist will not prove anything other than that Jesse cant really debate anything without using his ” i was a Navy Seal ” intimidation tactic. Jimmy wouldn’t come back with any viable arguments. All he said was that he couldn’t believe the government could be responsible for such outlandish activities. (in not so many words). So when Jesse tried to explain something Jim would just come back with a joke or sarcasm. This shows that he doesn’t have the IQ to handle a conversation let alone an actual debate. We need to question our government, we are as American citizens entitled to the truth. Really all Governor Ventura wants is for every American to educate themselves on the events that have been happening right under our noses. Any logical person will most definitely have questions if they research just a little. So please do…
