Andy Dick arrested after exposing teen girl’s breasts

Intermittent stand-up comedian Andy Dick was arrested this morning after allegedly pulling down a teenage girl’s top at a chicken wing joint in Murrieta, CA. He’s being investigated for drug use and sexual battery but was released on $5,000 bail.
